Damp symptoms can have several causes, including leaks, external defects, raised ground levels, poor ventilation and condensation. Our chartered surveyor considers the building as a whole and provides an independent assessment rather than recommending a treatment product.

Independent findings
Surrey Surveyors does not sell damp-proofing work. Recommendations are based on the evidence visible at the inspection.

The survey is non-invasive. Concealed areas are not opened up, and specialist testing may be recommended where the cause cannot be established visually.
